I did the East Beach Run-Swim-Run this past weekend. I wasn’t thrilled with my times but I finished 2nd in my age group so it was fun!
5k run, 1k swim, 5k run. The swim was way longer then 1k, I guarantee.

I found fresh dough at the grocery store. Game over.
I finally was able to make the pizza I’ve been waiting for since I can’t find a really good place around here (if you know of one let me know!)
Here are the ingredients–all as much or little as you want
I started by heating the oven to 400 and stretching the dough. Once it was on the pizza sheet, I added seasonings and the chopped garlic onto the dough and gave it a light spray of vegetable oil spray. I put the crust in the oven so that it would crisp and not get soggy when I added the toppings. Brilliatnt idea, but only put it in for 3-5 minutes. After 10 minutes I had basically created a foccacia!
Pull the crust out and let it sit then top with sauce and all your toppings. I put the tomato slices on right after the sauce, but they are also delicious put on last. Baked this for about 15 minutes at 400–Amore!
