First idea: Throw it all in an omelette

Whatever leftover protein you have: Me–Chicken breast and black beans

Baked the potato, heated the chicken, spices, beans, and tomatoes together
Mashed potato on plate, added cheese, and served chicken mixture over top! As always, balance out with fresh vegetables, fruit, and milk. Good stuff

Cooked in Microwave then crisping up in the oven
